Zingerman's Cornman Farms Cookbook

For twelve years, Zingerman's Cornman Farms was a premier event space in picturesque Dexter, Michigan. In their restored 19th century farmhouse and barn set on acres of working farmland, they hosted countless weddings, showers, and dinners, and many other special events. In honor of their final season in operation, Cornman Farms owners Kieron Hales and Tabitha Mason have written a cookbook sharing their recipes, traditions and stories.

Inside are recipes from some of the most memorable meals and events at Cornman Farms, from the classic Fish & Chips of chef Kieron's childhood in the UK, to feasts fit for Thanksgiving and Fat Tuesday. Also included are Kieron’s tips, techniques and unmistakable personality.
