Pumpkin Cheesecake

Made by the master bakers at Zingerman's Bakehouse, this cheesecake starts with our classic cheesecake base including farm cheese from Zingerman's Creamery. Then it gets a rich, earthy kick from real pumpkin spiced up with cinnamon, cloves and ginger. They finish it off with a house-made ginger molasses cookie crust.

The result is redolent with the rich spices of fall, yet light and fluffy like the classic cheesecakes we love. It's so good, once you taste it you may not even want a pie on your Thanksgiving table.

This handmade cheesecake's ingredients are farm cheese from Zingerman's Creamery, cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar, fresh eggs, heavy cream, butter, freshly milled organic Michigan whole wheat flour, muscovado sugar, organic wheat flour (organic wheat, malted barley), molasses, crystallized ginger, caramelized corn syrup, Madagascar vanilla extract, Indonesian cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and baking soda.
