They use fresh farm cheese from Zingerman’s Creamery, real vanilla, lots of sweet butter and a graham cracker crust (we make our own graham crackers, too).

This handmade cheesecake's ingredients are farm cheese from Zingerman's Creamery, cream cheese, sugar, fresh eggs, organic Michigan whole wheat flour, butter, heavy cream, brown sugar, organic wheat flour (organic wheat, malted barley), honey, baking soda, Madagascar vanilla extract, vanilla bean, Indonesian cinnamon, and ginger.
