Pork Chops & Cheesy Grits Meal Kit

Pork chops served alongside grits are a southern classic. This takes the classic and turns the dial way, way up with extraordinary ingredients.

The four huge, bone-in pork chops are from pasture raised, heritage breed Red Wattle pigs, with huge, rich flavor. The grits are an heirloom varietal called Bloody Butcher (named for their deep red color, not for anything violent!), stone ground to keep their deep, intense flavor whole. And the cheese is our own Nor’Easter cheddar, made by Cabot in Vermont and selected just for Zingerman’s for hearty, balanced flavors.
