Zingerman's Russian Dressing

If the Zingerman's Community of Businesses is built on corned beef, then Russian dressing is the mortar that holds it all together. Made by hand in our kitchens, Russian dressing is one of those things we think we can make at home, but it never turns out as it should. Forget the condiment mixology and just buy the actual stuff from the actual source. 

BONUS! You can use Russian dressing on more than just reubens and other various sandwiches! Try it out on salad. It makes the perfect dip for our latkes. Heck, plenty of us have made a meal out of a chunk of bread and russian dressing so join the fun and start slathering!

The ingredients for our house-made Russian dressing are Hellmann’s Mayonnaise, pickles, chili sauce, sour cream, Spanish onions, horseradish, parsley, sugar, and lemon juice.
