Every treat I’ve tasted from their small Chicagoland, Illinois store has been familiar, yet unique; perfectly balanced in flavor, texture and fun. This take on the smooth, honey-based nougat in the style of the classic French nougat of Montélimar is a perfect example of their craft and care. Everything is made by hand. They toast the almonds, pistachios and hazelnuts ahead of time to maximize their flavor, then they mix them into the creamy honey nougat with dried apricots, cherries, mangoes and strawberries.
