Mexican Street Corn Popcorn

Take an ear of corn, grill it, top it with crema, chili powder, cheese, and lime and voilà! It’s transformed into elote, also called Mexican Street Corn, commonly served and eaten as a handheld snack. I’d argue it’s the best way to eat fresh corn… and possibly popcorn.
