J. Patrice Eid Chocolate Truffle Collection

Before Jamie LeBoeuf returned to Michigan to start J. Patrice chocolate studio, she honed her chocolatier skills while traveling and living in the Middle East. Eid al-fitr (translated as “the festival of breaking the fast”) celebrates the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month where dawn to dusk fasting is practiced. Sweets are commonly eaten in the festivities, and Jamie has translated the spirit of that tradition into these flavors. Six exquisite truffles are tucked into a beautifully patterned gift box: Adeni Chai with chai infused ganache, Raspberry Rose, Midnight at the Oasis with coconut and date, Qamar Al Deen with pistachio and apricot, Arabic Coffee, and Ultimate Balkawa with crunchy kataifi pastry, pistachios, pine nuts, and tahini. 

After our spring catalog had been sent to the printer, we learned that there were some changes to the chocolate flavors. Instead of two each of three flavors, the assortment includes six unique and delicious chocolates as described above.
