Using the same classic bundt pans that make our coffee cakes so delicious, the extra surface area gives our almond pound cake a thin, buttery crust. And because the bundt pan has a hole in the middle, the texture is lighter than ever.
Rich, super moist and packed with sweet smelling natural almond paste, this is an ace cake to serve with tea. It's also stupendous with a dollop of sour cherry preserves.
The cake is our classic Nosher size (serves 5-7). It comes gift boxed either in our wooden cheese crate (illustrated at right) or our fun, cartoon cardboard gift box.
