Josh Pollock is a manager at Zingerman's Bakehouse. When we asked him about his favorite product, here's what he had to say:
There is nothing as simple, elegant, and tasty as a tin of this tuna lightly sauteed with onions and hot pepper flakes. Served over pasta it is quick and wonderfully delicious. The onions give it a sweetness and the pepper flakes some tang, but the tuna itself is the focus. Create incredible flavor in almost no time at all. With this in the pantry I am always five minutes away from a heavenly meal. I love the leftovers cold on toast or crackers, so lunch the next day is easy as well.
