Zingerman's Mini Goat Brie Cheese

Zingerman's hand-ladled goat’s milk cheeses are pretty darn fantastic. Bringing those flavors into the familiar format of a brie seemed like no-brainer.

Spoiler alert: it was. In all honesty, I like it even better than the classic cow's milk version. The bloomy, porcelain white rind holds a smooth, nearly spreadable paste inside that gives a bright, almost citrusy twist above the bass notes of earthy, mushroomy flavors. Each mini wheel weighs four ounces, big enough to fit in the palm of your hand.

You don’t have to love goat’s milk to love this cheese. Heck, it might even convert you.
