After years of looking, we fell for this one made by Pablo Garrigós Ibáñez in the town of Jijona. They hand select and roast the most flavorful Marcona almonds they can find, then they coarsely grind them, mix it with orange blossom honey, sugar, and egg whites to hold it all together.
