Chocolate Orange Passover Torte

For just a few weeks of the year we make some fantastic Chocolate Orange Tortes.

A dense cake made with matzo meal (so it's acceptable for Passover), the tortes are loaded with ground almonds, fresh eggs, a touch of orange oil and tons of rich chocolate. To finish them off, they're covered in a chocolate glaze and coated with slivered almonds.

It all comes nicely boxed in our colorful, cartooned gift box.

This handmade torte's ingredients are chocolate, fresh eggs, butter, sugar, almonds, matzo meal (wheat, water), sugar syrup, water, and pure orange oil.
