If you’re like me and you’re feeling a bit of the post-holiday, mid-winter doldrums right about now, here’s my advice: do a quick Instagram or Google Image search for #cheeseboard. I’m always inspired by the gorgeous and creative ways people find to plate cheese, salami, and other snacks. But all too often, cheese boards don’t taste as good as they look. We don’t need to worry about that here.
