In the tinned tomato world there was only one king, until these colorful cans hit the scene a couple years ago. If you’ve been a fan of canned San Marzano tomatoes you’ll want to give this a new kid on the block a try.
Bianco DiNapoli tomatoes are organically grown in Northern California. They’ve been my go-to canned tomato (did you know there was such a thing?) for a while and we can finally share them with you.
The tin is a collaboration between California farmer Rob DiNapoli and award-winning Phoenix pizza guy Chris Bianco. They capture all the pure, sweet tomato flavor of in season produce in a can. Convenient and delicious.
