Aged Leelenau Raclette Cheese

Aged Leelenau Raclette Cheese

Extra aged for extra rich flavor.

Cruise up northern Michigan’s Leelanau Peninsula and you’ll pass orchards, vineyards, and one seriously good cheesemaker that makes incredible Alpine-style cheese. Leelanau Cheese sources local cow’s milk to make their traditional raclette cheese. Raclette is typically enjoyed young and melty, but just for the holiday we hand-selected a limited number of wheels for extra aging in their custom cheese cave. Over time, the cheese becomes a rich, salty, butterscotchy wonder. The dense, fudgy texture and tiny crunchy crystals have more of an aged gouda vibe.

It’s a bold taste of Michigan terroir, and a guaranteed showstopper on your next cheese board.
