If you like to stay highly caffeinated, love being on the cutting edge and go ga-ga for cold things, then you won't want to miss the latest creation from Zingerman's Coffee Company: cold brew coffee!
How do you make cold brew coffee? We brew it extremely slowly with fresh roasted coffee and cold water. The extraction process takes sixteen hours, and because we use no heat the finished brew has none of the bitter, acidic notes you find coffee made with the hot water method.
Though there's no sugar added, the process results in a brew that's naturally sweet, smooth, rich and refreshing. And it'll really get your motor revving because the process doesn't remove any caffeine.
This is a labor of love for the folks at Zingerman's Coffee Company. Around Ann Arbor our cold brew is really popular, but it's taken five years to figure out how to get the great tasting brew into a safe, secure glass bottle that will last for a long time in your fridge or even in your pantry. Celebrate our newest brew with a few bottles today!
"This smooth, strong, full-bodied cold brew is bottled without preservatives or sweeteners by Zingerman’s Coffee Company... Well-made cold brew has minimal acidity. This one fits the profile."
