For decades we only sold one peanut butter: Koeze’s. Then a few years back we started carrying the ultra-creamy Pic’s from New Zealand—and now you can carry it with you!

This smooth nut butter, made only with peanuts and a smidge of sea salt, is packed into individually-sealed one-ounce pouches (or what Pic and crew call “slugs”) that never spill or rip until you’re ready.

You’ll use them in a million ways. Squeeze a slug on your way to work. Pop a slug for a protein push before your workout. Stick some slugs into your kids’ bags for when they need a energy infused snack. Take them on a hike or on the road for a quick, easy pick me up. Convenient and delicious.

Cherry Berry Nut Snack Mix

Get out of here, GORP, this is a snack for the next generation. Dried cherries and blueberries are mixed up with “sprouted” almonds, cashews and walnuts. Sprouted nuts are easier to digest, their nutrients more accessible to the gut. Instead of frying or roasting, the nuts are dehydrated which gives them an audible and satisfying crunch.

We all know how healthy and energy packed a handful of dried fruits and nuts can be, but we rarely get a medley that tastes this good. Stash wherever you need a bit of a personal punch of protein or serve in a bowl as part of a cheeseboard.

Seamus Sheridan is a cheesemonger with several eponymous shops he shares with his brother throughout Ireland. Recently he’s worked with a miller and baker to create some rather outstanding crackers.

Like its brown bread inspiration, these taste a bit underwhelming at first. They have a quiet, subtle complexity that takes over, though, a product of the traditional alchemy of buttermilk, butter, and stone ground wheat (made at the same mill we source our oatmeal). Chewy, balanced, and — given that an Irish cheesemonger made the recipe — you can trust they go amazingly well with any wet-country cheeses, especially those from England.
