Dulce de Leche

South America's sweet sensation.

Dulce de Leche is a milky cooked caramel that’s used in Argentina the way we use peanut butter or preserves. Rich and creamy, you can spread it on toast or between cake layers. Spoon a little on to some ice cream or use it in a brownie like we do in our Buenos Aires Brownies.

This particular dulce de leche is made from the milk of a single farm’s herd, so the quality of the major raw material—the milk—is managed from start to finish. It's highly regarded in Argentina, too. If you're lucky enough to stay at the Four Seasons in Buenos Aires, it'll be the only brand they offer in your snack bar. The flavor is superb. Everyone I’ve offered a taste to loves it, as will the lucky soul on your gift list.
