Tikka Masala Curry Sauce

Chitra Agrawal won us over with her tomato and garlic achaars, so it’s no surprise we fell in love with her simmer sauces.

Chitra's Tikka Masala Sauce is versatile, tasting of tomatoes and sweet coconut cream, caramelized onions, garlic and a bevy of spices. There's tons of flavor, but not too much heat. 

The sauce is great for a classic, quick chicken tikka masala, but it makes all manner of cooking a lot easier (and more delicious). Simmer it with chickpeas, vegetables, lamb, or just pour some over rice or sop it up with naan. Then graciously accept the accolades that pour in.
