We've sold these chocolate dipped figs from the town of Almoharín in western Spain for many, many years. In that time, they've won a legion of fans. It's no wonder: they start with local Calabacita figs, a small, remarkably sweet variety. Then they take each fig and stuff it to bursting with a boozy chocolate ganache spike with brandy. And in case that wasn't enough, they finish by enrobing each fig in silky-smooth chocolate. They're every bit as delectable as they sound, maybe even better
