Plant based, gluten-free, wholesome... these terms are usually thrown around in health food stores, not usually in artisan food markets, but there’s no rule that says you can’t be both. NOSH Butters started near Akron, Ohio a couple years back and they’ve quickly mastered the art of grinding great nuts with flavorful ingredients to create delicious spreads.
This blend of almonds and hazelnuts is spiked with cacao nibs for some extra crunch, and cinnamon and cane sugar for the subtlest bit of sweetness. You can use it like any nut butter: spread it on
toast, atop pound cake, mix into
oatmeal, blend into smoothies, slather it in sandwiches with
jam or
honey or bananas, and... well you get the idea.
