Cornman Farms Pancake Mix

Kieron first put this pancake mix together for wedding favors to be given to a family hosting a wedding at Cornman Farms, his event space in Dexter, Michigan. The mix was such a hit that he decided to share it with the world. Made with locally milled Michigan wheat and none of the fillers and additives of industrial box mixes, this makes the fluffiest, straight up tastiest pancakes I've had in a long, long time.

The simple instructions make breakfast come together in a flash. Just add your own milk, eggs, and a bit of butter, and get ready for the compliments to roll in. Serves a family of four.
