Chernushka Rye takes our great Jewish rye base made with organic wheat flour and loads of freshly milled rye flour, and packs it with loads of nigella seeds: a spice that's a cross between a pepper and a caraway seed. It has a smoky scent to the finish and a mild amount of spicy heat. Not so much your mouth is burning, just enough to make things interesting and very tasty.
