Olive Oil & Oregano Rusk Crackers

We’re in the midst of a cheeseboard revolution. Scan social media and you’ll see a thousand variations on what they used to call a "cheese and relish tray" back in the day. I support this delicious trend 100% and these rusks have become my go-to accompaniment with the pickles and salamis and of course, cheese.

This rusk is a bite-size cross between toast and cracker in texture, with the addition of the bright herby flavor of oregano. They're made with enough olive oil that they practically melt in your mouth, yet they’re sturdy enough to hold any type of cheese or salami you sample. They’re also very easy to eat by the fistful so you might as well grab two boxes just in case.
