From Kentucky, an exceptional blend of cider vinegar, barrel aged soy sauce, spring water, spices and sorghum molasses. Aged in retired charred bourbon barrels, whose smoke and wood add vast depth and aroma. In spite of the barrel aging, and in contrast to Lea & Perrins®, Bourbon Barrel Worcestershire is light on the tongue, clean in flavor. The vanilla scent of the barrel is noticeable, but the flavor is bright, savory and almost fruity, not heavy and thick.

Unlike most other versions there are no anchovies—it's OK for vegetarians.
