Inglewood Farm is the only certified organic pecan farm in Louisiana. It took three long years to get that status, but one taste of this oil will show it was worth the wait.
Located in the middle of Louisiana, they grow a multitude of crops, but their pecans are the heart and soul of their farm. After shelling the pecans, the nuts are slightly heated to bring their flavor to the surface then cold-pressed so they don’t burn off the delicate flavors. Nutty, slightly sweet and on the mild side, you can use this oil the same as you would olive oil, from cooking in it to drizzling it on finished dishes.
