Zingerman's started in 1982 as a Delicatessen, but these days the Zingerman's Community of Businesses has grown to include a collection of artisan food makers all based right here in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Zingerman's Bakehouse makes hearth-baked breads and traditional pastries. Zingerman's Coffee Company roasts single origin coffees. Zingerman's Creamery churns out luscious cheeses and creamy gelato. Zingerman's Candy Company makes handmade candy bars and confections. Zingerman's co-founder Ari Weinzweig has written books on food and service. And in homage to our roots as a Deli, every year we ship thousands of Reuben sandwich kits, so you can make a Zingerman's-style Reuben at home.
