In a world where barbeque sauces seem to compete more on clever names than good flavor, Miller’s BBQ Sauce initially appealed to me because its name and label are so simple. The sauce lets the flavor give the sales pitch instead. There's a gentle, sweet heat and a soft, puckering tang. Nothing overpowering, very balanced.
This tomato-based sauce was originally concocted to pair with chicken, but it goes great with pork chops and even ribs. Cut with some olive oil, it even makes a nice, unique salad dressing. Good stuff.
