Olive oil soap has been crafted since the sixth century, when the ashes of sea plants were blended with oil and used to wash just about everything. The process has changed a bit, but a good olive oil soap stays true to a centuries-old process.

This soap is made from one of our favorite olive oils, Roi, which is produced in Liguria from Taggiasca olives. The sturdy block smells pleasantly of olives, and the lather is creamy, leaving your skin smooth and supple.

Bar is three inches square and two inches thick.
