Made by Cunningham Farms in Hancock County, Tennessee, from organic sweet potatoes and fresh local cider vinegar, this is a velvety smooth, barely sweet, fruity spread that’s great with a wide range of foods. I’ve been mixing it into plain yogurt and, some days, spreading it on warm Roadhouse Bread toast.
