Inside, two Zzang® Original bars are filled with honey nougat made with natural peanut butter, rolled up with peanuts in muscovado brown sugar caramel and then finished with a dip into a rich bath of dark Ecuadorian chocolate. The two Zzang® Ca$hew Cows are loaded with milk chocolate cashew gianduja, cashew brittle and roasted cashews and then dipped in dark Ecuadorian chocolate. Each is handmade by Zingerman's chocolatier, Charlie Frank.
