The sauce lets the flavor give the sales pitch instead. There's a gentle, sweet heat and a soft, puckering tang. Nothing overpowering, very balanced.

This tomato-based sauce was originally concocted to pair with chicken, but it goes great with pork chops and even ribs. Cut with some olive oil, it even makes a nice, unique salad dressing. Good stuff.
