A few years ago Ann Arbor Tortilla Company took our sleepy college town by storm. Their corn tortillas are great (you can find them in local grocery stores), but their tortilla chips (also made with stone ground corn) have knocked our collective socks off. There isn't a single Ann Arborite who doesn't know about, serve, or crave these chips.
The only place I've had chips this good (not better) is Mexico. These are the real deal.
Nothing stiff or dry about these chips. Each out crunches crisply and tastes of corn. Sturdy, perfect for salsas (like a freshly made pico de gallo from produce at your local farmers market) or straight from the bag. Lazy snackers rejoice! The tortilla chip of your dreams has arrived.
