At Zingerman’s Creamery, our gelato maker Josh uses fresh milk from Michigan's Calder Dairy, organic Demerara sugar and an array of other good ingredients to produce this Italian-style ice cream with intense, direct flavors. We even traveled to Bologna, Italy, to buy authentic equipment so we could make it right.

Stone Ground & Smoked—dark chocolate gelato with Peppalo's smoked chocolate made in Tecumseh, MI and Josh's own smoked almonds

Dulce de Leche—swirled with luscious dulce de leche caramel from Argentina
Maple Bacon—made with real maple syrup from Michigan and pieces of Nueske's Applewood Smoked bacon
Raspberry Sorbet—made with fresh Michigan raspberries; tart and delicious

Your box of six gelati is shipped frozen with dry ice from Zingerman’s Creamery. If you order two different things going to the same address, then they'll arrive in two boxes. Ships overnight.
