Most fondant cakes are really impressive to look at. Because bakers can mold and color fondant frosting, they make visually interesting cakes in all sorts of interesting shapes and hues. But then you take a bite and get the unfortunate results. Maybe it was meant to look at, not eat?

Our cake is different. We make our fondant in the pastry kitchens of Zingeman's Bakehouse, while most commercial bakeries buy pre-made fondant in buckets. Our fondant is softer and has flavor. And while we make sure the cake is gorgeous on the outside—each snowflake is made and added by hand—we don't skimp on the the ingredients inside. Made with Wisconsin farm butter, fresh almond pound cake, luscious Italian raspberry preserve filling, real vanilla and absolutely no fillers or preservatives. It's moist and luscious, with huge, mouth-filling flavor.

This is one fondant cake that tastes as good as it looks. It'll wow the guests at any party.
